Marine structures working group – G3
The working group “Marine structures” is meant to cover all the potential threats and special care for all infrastructures that are in close contact with the marine environment.
It is called G3 and it is coordinated by:

The goal of the group Marine structures is to collect, prepare and share information related to the challenges and solutions for any type of construction that has direct contact with seawater.
It is also part of the scope of this group to foster debate and common work about the basic guidelines related with standardization and recommendations for safe development of these activities.
This group has coordinated the following activities and publications:
- Guide about Repair, Reinforcement, and Protection of Marine Structures
- Challenges for bridges in marine environment
