The Association for Concrete Repair, Reinforcement and Protection (ACRP) has created a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication and the exchange of information among its members. To ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment, the use of this group is subject to the following rules and privacy policies:
Access to the Group
Participation in the group is exclusively for ACRP members. A maximum of two representatives per member company may join.
Each member may participate in the group with only one phone number. Joining with multiple numbers, whether personal or third-party, is not permitted.
Adding new members directly is not allowed. Admission can only occur through an official invitation from ACRP.
Appropriate Use of the Group
The group is exclusively intended for discussions and exchanges related to the Association and the professional activity of its members.
All interactions must maintain a respectful and professional tone.
The sharing of advertising, spam, or content unrelated to the group’s purpose is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Participation in the group implies that certain personal data, such as name, phone number, and shared messages, will be visible to other members. However, this does not authorize their use for unsolicited private contact or for purposes outside the group’s scope.
Personal data of clients, such as names, surnames, or any other identifying information, must not be shared.
By joining the group, participants agree that the information shared is of a professional nature and must be handled responsibly and with discretion.
It is not permitted to share any content from the group externally without the explicit consent of those involved.
Administration and Removal
ACRP reserves the right to remove any member who fails to comply with these rules or violates the organization’s code of conduct.
These rules may be updated by ACRP at any time, and compliance is mandatory for all members.
