ACRP collaborates with GIC 2026 to strengthen European cooperation in structural repair and protection

ACRP is proud to participate as a collaborating association in the upcoming GIC – Italian Concrete Days, which will be held from 16 to 18 April 2026 at Piacenza Expo in Piacenza, Italy.

ACRP’s participation reflects the association’s commitment to strengthening cooperation and knowledge exchange across the European construction and infrastructure maintenance sectors. As an organisation dedicated to the repair, protection and reinforcement of structures, ACRP recognises the strategic importance of GIC as a major international platform where industry leaders, technical experts and companies gather to discuss the future of concrete technologies and structural durability.

For ACRP, collaborating with GIC represents an opportunity to engage with key stakeholders from across the value chain, promote best practices in structural repair and highlight the importance of maintenance and rehabilitation in extending the life cycle of infrastructure. With ageing structures across Europe becoming an increasingly important challenge, events such as GIC play a crucial role in fostering dialogue, innovation and practical solutions.

Through its participation, ACRP aims to contribute its European perspective, encourage collaboration between national associations and industry actors, and help promote high technical standards and sustainable practices within the sector. By supporting GIC 2026, ACRP reinforces its mission to advance the development and recognition of structural repair and protection across Europe.
