The annual SANACE symposium, one of the key professional events dedicated to the repair, refurbishment, protection and maintenance of concrete and construction structures, took place on 4–5 June 2026 at the conference centre Skalský Dvůr in Lísek, Czech Republic.
This year’s edition was held under the auspices of ACRP, and the association was represented by its President, Aleš Jakubík, who delivered a presentation on behalf of the organisation. In his address, he introduced the latest news from ACRP, provided an update on the current activities of the association’s working groups, and presented the upcoming ACRP European Conference, scheduled for November 2026 in Stockholm. He also moderated a roundtable discussion with leading industry experts on the vision and key challenges for the future of rehabilitation and durability of structures.
Organised by the Concrete Structures Repair Association (SSBK), the Czech Road Society and the Road Construction Association, SANACE brings together designers, investors, asset owners, contractors, material producers, researchers and other professionals involved in the repair and protection of construction structures. The symposium serves as a key platform for sharing experience, presenting current trends and discussing practical issues related to diagnostics, design, materials, repair technologies and long-term structural durability.
Reflecting on his participation, Aleš Jakubík shared: “It was a pleasure to participate in SANACE 2026 and contribute to the discussions on the future of our industry. Many thanks to all participants for the valuable discussions and exchange of experience.”
ACRP’s participation in SANACE 2026 reaffirms the association’s commitment to fostering collaboration across the European concrete repair sector and promoting the exchange of knowledge at both national and international level.
