Javier Sánchez joins the European Conference as a speaker

Javier Sánchez Montero is a chemical engineer belonging to the Eduardo Torroja Institute of Construction Sciences (IETcc) since 2009, and the principal scientist of the construction department, in the research group Reinforcement corrosion and structural safety.
