Jose Antonio Gómez Barquín, ADIF speaker at the European Conference 2024

On 28 November we are pleased to celebrate the European Conference on Concrete Repair, Reinforcement and Protection in Madrid, in collaboration with the Spanish Association ARPHO. On this special day for the sector we will have many national and international presentations that you cannot miss.

In this case, we would like to present Jose Antonio Gómez Barquín, Civil Engineer specialising in structures from the University of Cantabria. Jose Antonio began his work experience as a structures production manager in the construction of linear road and railway works. Subsequently, he joined the Adif bridge maintenance team and has been working in this field for 16 years, which consists of managing the surveillance of the structural condition of bridges and monitoring defects until they are rectified.
