What should be considered concerning the EN 1504 standard?
The European Standard EN 1504 (Products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures) is a standard that includes the CE marking of some of its parts; it is divided into 10 parts that cover all the phases of the concrete repair process.
Based on the definitions provided in Part 1, Parts 2 to 10 can be grouped into four groups of documents addressing the same subject. Parts 2 to 7 focus on product specification. Part 8 describes a permanent production control system to be implemented by manufacturers and submitted to an annual audit to maintain quality and assess conformity.
