It is highly recommended to keep documentation on the activities and inspections carried out, which should include, inter alia:

  • Identification of the site and the name of the responsible contractor’s worker on-site.
  • The start and estimated end time of the work to be carried out.
  • A statement of the technological regulations under which the work is being carried out.
  • Information on the actual control tests carried out in advance and during the actual technological operation.

The contractor must record at least the following in the construction documentation (construction diary):

  • The start and end of each technological operation.
  • The climatic conditions, air temperature and humidity, temperature of the substances to be processed.
  • Possible climatic deviations during technological operations.
  • The exact specification of the materials used.
  • The supplier and the delivery note, or batch numbers of the materials used.
  • The functionality or non-functionality of the individual technical/technological
    equipment.
  • A list of the produced test pieces, or the actual inspection work carried out.

These control records must be available to the responsible personnel of the contractor, the client, and any independent inspection bodies at any time during the remediation work and should be archived.

After completing the remediation work, the contractor shall prepare an inspection report to be included in the document for the handover of the finished work. It should include at least:
