1. Image Rights Assignment
All attendees at any ACRP event or activity, either through registration via the form published on the entity’s website or through direct attendance, authorize ACRP to capture, reproduce, store and disseminate their image and voice through photographs, videos and/or audio recordings taken during the event, exclusively for purposes related to:
- The institutional promotion of ACRP,
- The development of communication and dissemination materials,
- Communication through ACRP’s own media channels (website, social media and corporate publications),
- The documentary archive of the event.
This authorization is granted without geographical or time limitation, without the right to remuneration, and in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection and image rights.
2. Assignment of Content and Materials
Speakers participating in events organized by ACRP grant ACRP non-exclusive rights for the reproduction, distribution and public communication of the material presented, including slides, documents, graphics or any other content provided for the activity.
This assignment is intended to allow:
- The publication of the presentation as part of the Conference Proceedings or event records,
- Its distribution among registered attendees,
- Its preservation as training material or part of ACRP’s institutional archive.
The speaker declares that they hold the rights to the content presented or have obtained the necessary authorizations for its use and dissemination.
3. Limitations and Guarantees
ACRP undertakes to use the images and content exclusively within the framework of its institutional, academic and dissemination activities, and guarantees that they will not be used for commercial purposes other than those expressly stated.
